Help the Helpers 
Yesterday they Helped the Umrah & Hajj Pilgrims, today they Need Your Help (Daily wage Umrah Guides, Transport & Hotel Staff at Makkah & Madinah) 

The house of the most merciful and most gracious Allah SWT is in the holy city of Makkah, where millions of Muslims every year go to the Kaaba and perform the holy pilgrimage known as Umrah (non-obligatory) and Hajj. Throughout history, Makkah has always been a place of peace, serenity, and spirituality. In the blessed month of Ramadan where the city would be flooded with people praising their lord is now barren and empty due to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19).
As this is a global pandemic, many people and industries around the world are disrupted and governments around the world are trying their best in supporting them by identifying new SOPs and bailout packages. 

Makkah, the city where Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) was born and lived most of his life has now a population of just over 2 million, in which the majority of the workforce are employed by the Hajj/Umrah industry, these are the daily wage earners who generally work at hotels, transport companies, gift shops or other local businesses. 

Most of these workers who come from very humble backgrounds are not locals and have been living away from their home country to provide for their families back home. They are now under a lockdown in the cities of Makkah al Mukarama and Madinah Al Munawara, unable to be with their families, have been laid off from the employment, and ran out of money to survive. Reaching out and helping each and everyone of them is beyond the capacity of any one single public or private enterprises. In many cases, they are not sure of their immediate future and started to lose all hopes. 



It is a huge crisis for these individuals as they are our Muslim brothers and sisters that have catered us and treated us with the utmost hospitality when we visit the Holy city of Makkah and Madinah. We have to ensure that they can survive, are protected, and taken care of at these challenging times. 

With almost 2 billion strong Muslim Ummah from all over the world must come together more than ever before to ensure our brothers and sisters are safe and sustain themselves. We must take care of them now so they can continue to serve us again at the house of worship, the Kaaba in the holy city of Makkah in post-COVID-19 era. 

Our promise to the daily wage earners of Makkah and Madinah and the rest of the Muslim Ummah is that we as Funadiq.com will strive our best to continue to bring a new level of Honesty, Transparency, Responsibility, and Happiness to our beloved cities by creating a combined Social and Spiritual impact.
