- FUNADIQ Platform is not responsible for the accuracy of the given services specifications, description, look and feel as described by "Maqam GDS" on behalf of The Provider. However, FUNADIQ Platform support team will help The Customer to escalate any deviation found between the agreed service description and the actual provided service.
- FUNADIQ Platform is not responsible for The Customer visa rejection and its consequences.
- FUNADIQ Platform is not responsible for providing any service not agreed nor purchased via FUNADIQ Platform. However, FUNADIQ Platform call canter, sales and operations team will do their best to help The Customer in case asked for more services on site.
- FUNADIQ Platform is not responsible for The Customer actions when it violates with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Laws. The Customer must adhere to the general laws and respect the culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- FUNADIQ Platform is not responsible for any flight delays or other service failure caused by a force majeure incident. However, depends on the case, FUNADIQ Platform support team will do their best in modifying the booking details within the limitation of the booked services modification, cancellation policy rules, and/or the regulations set by The Regulator.
